We take pride in crafting each practice pad by hand, ensuring the highest quality for our customers. Please review our shipping policy below for important details on processing and delivery.

Order Processing:

• All practice pads are handmade to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production before shipping.

. Please allow 3-5 business days on Drumstick and apparel shipping

• Once your pad is completed, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and delivery address.

 

Domestic Shipping:

• Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3-7 business days after the order is shipped.

 

Tracking Your Order:

• Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

• Use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
